In the realm of dirt work, I am Tristan Kirby, the owner and operator of this company. My journey began at the age of 14 when I launched my first venture, originally named “Bugs’ Lawn care,” inspired by my nickname. Throughout high school, while managing this business, I developed a deep passion for the outdoor building industry. Choosing to forgo college, I started at the foundational level to pursue a vision I’ve always held: to be part of one of the most dynamic industries.

Over the years, I have engaged in a wide range of outdoor projects, from cleaning gutters and staining decks to shoveling dirt from flatbeds. I committed myself to mastering each task to the best of my ability.

Eventually, I was fortunate to enter into a mentorship with a seasoned professional who possesses 20 years of experience beyond my own. I firmly believe that skill is cultivated over time and that one's worth is reflected in the quality of work delivered. While knowledge cannot be shortcut, having experienced individuals around me has accelerated my learning and understanding of the industry.

Through various challenges and experiences, I have devoted my life to building this company with integrity and moral responsibility. Although this methodical approach may take longer and present more obstacles, it ultimately proves to be the most honest and effective pathway to success.
